However, some manufacturers only carry out simple crushing and single-layer screening, resulting in significant differences in the size of raw material particles.
In the compound preparation stage, the formulas and processes of various manufacturers also differ. Advanced manufacturers will , based on product requirements, formulate scientific compound formulas through precise calculations and use automated equipment for mixing to ensure uniform compound composition. Some traditional manufacturers may rely on experience to adjust the formula, and the mixing process is mostly done manually, making it difficult to ensure the uniformity of the compound materials.
In the melting process, the equipment and temperature control of different manufacturers vary significantly. Large manufacturers usually use large pool kilns, which can precisely control the melting temperature within an appropriate range, ensuring that the compounding materials are fully melted and forming bubble-free, uniform liquid glass. Small manufacturers may use small crucible kilns, which have relatively low temperature control accuracy and are prone to problems such as incomplete melting and the presence of bubbles in the liquid glass.
In terms of forming processes, some manufacturers use fully automatic mechanical blowing, which has high production efficiency. Moreover, the glass bottles have regular shapes and precise dimensions, making them suitable for large-scale production of standardized products. Some manufacturers still retain the manual blowing process, which is more suitable for producing complex-shaped and personalized glass bottles, but the production efficiency is relatively low and the product consistency is slightly poor. In the heat treatment process, advanced manufacturers will precisely control the annealing temperature and time based on product requirements, effectively eliminating internal stress in the glass. Some manufacturers' heat treatment processes are relatively simple and may not be able to completely eliminate stress, resulting in glass bottles being fragile.
