The dimensional accuracy of glass bottles is of vital importance. The bottom of the bottle is uneven, making the glass bottle prone to shaking and toppling over when placed, which affects the safety of use. Through a professional inspection platform, place the glass bottle on it and observe the fit between the bottom of the bottle and the platform to determine whether its flatness meets the standard.

Capacity detection is also an indispensable step. For glass bottles used to hold liquid products, the accuracy of capacity is related to consumers' rights and interests as well as the reputation of product quality. Fill the glass bottle with water and then pour it into a standard measuring instrument. Measure the volume of water to determine the actual capacity of the glass bottle. The actual capacity should be consistent with the nominal capacity, and the error should be controlled within the specified range. The allowable error standards for capacity of glass bottles vary for different uses. For instance, the capacity error requirements for glass bottles used in food packaging are usually more stringent. Only by ensuring the dimensional accuracy and capacity accuracy of the glass bottles can they play their due role in practical applications, meet the usage requirements of various industries, and improve the overall quality of the products.
