The main reasons for glass bottle temperature spray paint foaming are:

1. The film is in contact with water or exposed to a warm environment;

2, the solvent volatilizes too fast, the viscosity of the paint is biased;

3. The gas mixed in the paint is not released before painting;

4, some solid substances in the coating will automatically decompose and release gas, which can not penetrate the coating film and foam.

Glass bottle temperature spray solution:

1, paint in the construction do not contact with water, dry film should avoid long-term exposure in a wet environment;

2, the use of supporting solvents and diluents, paint viscosity to adjust moderate;

3, good to add alcohol solvents and defoaming additives.

4, the stirred paint should be cured for a certain period of time before construction.
